The series outlines important and necessary information for the new customers, as well as introducing the Grove brand.
The goal was to test into a new, streamlined Welcome Series. The previous series had 14 total emails and user research determined that a more concise series would be a better user experience. The process included updating the current copy into 4 emails while keeping the series fresh, exciting, and informative. Next, an A/B test of the two series was conducted with the refreshed series outperforming the current open rate by 8% and click-through rate by 13%.
VIP Program
The series outlines important and necessary information for the Grove VIP Program.
The goal was to inform customers of the VIP Program, including quarterly gifts, renewal reminders, and new releases. The total series includes 16 emails starting from the VIP Program introduction to offers for lapsed customers.
SMS LAUNCH
The goal of this project was to increase customer retention by testing platforms outside of email. Switching from long-form email copy, I created short and snappy, yet clear and concise messaging to showcase the products and offers.
The first month of messages resulted in 371 checkouts and 404 scheduled checkouts with an average order value of $41 (outperforming the $38 goal).
