Event Creation Series

The goal for the Event Creation series was to provide necessary information to the event hosts to set up, promote, and operate their events. User research informed us that customers had a lot of questions about setting up their own event, so they were hesitant to engage. The series increased event creation by 35%.

User research determined that the previous welcome flow didn’t clearly explain the functionality and benefits of Rabbit, so the updated welcome series was designed to include information on groups, events, and how-tos of the Rabbit platform. After implementing the updated email seriews, user churn decreased by 3.5%.
